Every Enterprise has “priorities”, “critical success factors” or “key scorecard

of "strategic imperatives". When everything is critical, nothing is. We help identify the 3 to 5 items

way that increases alignment between the members and uses the “3 to 5 items” or
power of this “mission” to leave old behaviors and politics behind because the enterprise's
